Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Dukes Designs & Creations. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

It will usually take 7-14 BUSINESS days for US orders. At least 14 days for International orders. Due to COVID-19 and the influx of holiday shipping, there have been some delays in our shipping. Thankfully, we have been able to process orders on schedule. If we anticipate additional delays, we will update it here. We thank you for your support and patience. When the holiday season approaches, we recommend planning early to ensure items are received in a timely manner. Some items may ship separately (i.e. mugs and embroidered pieces).
