Refund policy
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving your pieces. It must be unworn and unused. If you happen to purchase an item made specifically for you, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. But please reach out, we may be able to help.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unworn and unused.
Just a few tips:
Only items that can be exchanged:
- Did not fit (wrong size)
- Damaged Items (you must submit photo(s) to dukesdesigncreations@gmail.com)
- The wrong/color item was shipped to you
If you've changed your mind or if what you order did not meet your expectations. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

It will take up to 7 business days to receive your funds minus the shipping cost.
